Happie Returns – Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Any changes to the order would be entertained with monetary adjustments if requested before the receipt of order confirmation message for same day delivery and before 5PM for the next day delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be cancelled.
- Cancellation is possible only for next day delivery orders if informed before 6PM of the previous day and 5%cancellation charges are applicable.No cancellation for same day delivery orders and COD payments.
- No Refunds is made for same day delivery orders.75%of the amount is refunded if the order is cancelled before 6PM of the previous day for next day delivery orders.
- In case of a delivery not possible on public holidays or local restriction, orders will be delivered on next working day.
- If for any reason, the delivery is “refused by recipient”, the order will be considered as delivery attempted and no refund / change of order is acceptable in this case. We however will try our best to convince the recipient for accepting delivery.
- To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included complete address, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
- We will cater to any reports of damaged products/ flowers on the same day of delivery only i.e within 24 hours of delivery. The problem report must be supported with substantial proofs of the damage made to the product.
- If Happie Returns finds that the same order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified.If the customer is not contactable we will take the decision on our behalf and that will be final.
- If we find out any fraudulent behavior from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to any one.
- Happie Returns can send transactional and promotional messages on my registered phone number.
- Because of the perishable nature of most products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
